Question

Answer

Is this an organic product?

The GLF plantation was established in 1957 by the Chinese government as an organic farm.  White Tea was originally limited to high government officials and other royalty.  The plantation has been strictly controlled and is certified 100% organic to this day.

When will I receive my tea?

The GLF Tea Sampler Package will be shipped within 1 day of your order by USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 1-3 days depending on your location.

What’s the guarantee/return policy?

We guarantee that you’ll love your tea! If you are unhappy with your order, just return the UNOPENED teas in the original GLF Sampler Package within 14 days of shipment.
Return shipping is paid for by the consumer.

What do you mean by “Premium Tea”?

We only sell the highest grade of white tea.  Top brand name companies that buy their tea from the same plantation buy the lowest grade on the market.  We only buy the top  grade tea.

How do I brew the tea?

Wash the tea for about 30 seconds in the hot water to open up the leaves. Pour that out into your cup to rinse and warm it up, then pour that infusion out. Then reinfuse the leaves for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the strength you enjoy. The longer you infuse the tea, the stronger the flavor and health benefits. You will get about 5-6 infusions per 5-gram packet, depending on how strong you like your tea. For more information, visit “About GLF Tea”.

What type of water should I use?

We strongly recommend a high quality SPRING water. It is not a good idea to use tap water, but if you must be sure to use COLD tap water. (has to do with the minerals and changing the chemical content in the water)

Will the tea be good iced?

YES! It makes the absolute BEST iced tea. We would recommend using twice the amount of tea leaves for iced tea. We also recommend COLD BREWING, because with sun tea you run the risk of bacteria growth.

How is the tea packaged?

Each tea in the GLF sampler are sealed in an aroma-tight 5 gram package.

How long will the tea last?

Proper storage is very important. Keep it in a cool, dark, and dry place in a sealed container (ideally vacuum sealed) and your tea will last you a lifetime.  The longer you store the tea properly, the stronger the flavor, aroma, and health benefits.

Do you offer wholesale?
